How NBC saves time finding and nurturing new talent
NBCUniversal Talent Infusion Programs (NBCU TIPS) provides a huge variety of opportunities to emerging entertainment talent. To help manage thousands of applications while also establishing a foundation for nurturing the talent of their future fellows, NBCU TIPS turned to Submittable.
NBCU TIPS has received more than 18,000 submissions across seven programs, and before Submittable, much of the review process was manually intensive. “Previously, reviewers would have to toggle back and forth between applications and review windows, or email scores to a coordinator separately,” says Director Grace Moss.
