Organizations have different business models and objectives—and every opportunity you create is unique. Payment collection with Submittable is versatile enough to fit every form.
Require a single fee, such as a submission fee for a literary journal, an application or registration fee, or an entrance fee for a contest.
Collect tiered fees for different submitters, such as students or seniors, or those with differing abilities to pay, using specific questions types or through conditional logic.
Sell products and services throughout your application form, such as merchandise or subscriptions, professional or consulting services, or sell tickets to an upcoming event.
Give submitters the option to donate to your organization or to a common cause through optional payments. Or, leave a tip jar open as an optional submission fee.
Charge a flat fee per file upload, or incorporate form logic to charge a variable rate, such as $25 for one file, $20 each for two, and $15 each for three or more.
Sell products and services, and allow applicants to select how many of a particular item they’d like.

Add a required fee to your form. Or, incorporate fees through single or multiple response questions, file uploads, or the number field to multiply a payment.
With Submittable’s form logic feature, you can incorporate tiered pricing, such as reduced prices for additional file uploads, or fees that differ based on the applicant.
Submitters who make multiple purchases can see an itemized list and will only be charged a single time.

Taking payments through the platform saves me probably eight to ten hours during the spring. It saves me from lost checks and trips to the bank. The festival’s application fee pays for Submittable, and booth fees provided needed fundraising. All of that money goes directly into our bank account. It's not sitting here on my desk and that reduces risk.

Submittable really helped streamline our awards. We're not hunting down as much information and we get entry fees right away. It’s great for all user levels and I'm excited to see what else we could do with it in the future.
